There may be certain dates where I am available solely virtually. You can check availability by selecting either virtual or in-person sessions. This calendar opens 8 weeks in advance. If you’re seeking a time that is not available, I invite you to either add yourself to the waitlist or reach out by email.

News:

  • As of Dec. 20th 2024, Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) in BC are no longer required to collect GST. This has been removed from the current rate. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding this change.
  • I will be away from April 30th - May 14th, as reflected in the online booking availability.

Darion believes in everyone’s innate capacity to heal and is honoured to witness others on their own path of being human. Your time with her will involve warm, compassionate, and collaborative conversations and practices that emphasize your experiences, beliefs, values, and perspectives. In her practice, Darion greatly values the therapeutic relationship that you create together - a connection in which you feel deeply heard, seen, and cared for.

Darion offers an integrated approach drawing from many therapeutic practices, such as person-centred theory, attachment theory, EMDR therapy, and art therapy. It is often experienced as highly individualized, body-centred, gentle, and compassionate. She works with adult individuals seeking support in life transitions, relationships, anxiety +/or depression, trauma (big + little), and self-esteem/self-worth.
